You've chosen your prospect list, and by now you've probably written your marketing piece. All you need to do now is print and send it.
By the time you've organised and paid for paper, the printing, the envelopes, the stamps and volunteered someone to fold and stuff for you, even the smallest campaign can become hugely costly and time consuming, and you always seem to run out of something half way through.

For just 49p per item, we will do all this for you.

No Delivery, No Charge

Use Print And Post with any of the lists in our 100% delivery guarantee, and if your campaign can't be delivered to an address because it's a goneaway we will refund you the full cost of the data record, plus the cost of the Print And Post item.

The Print and Post 49p Price Includes

  • Single-sided colour or b/w printing.
  • PDF proof mailed or emailed to you for approval.
  • Mail merging with data purchased from MarketingFile.
  • 90gsm white A4 paper.
  • Folding and inserting into white C5 envelopes.
  • Mailing out on the date of your choice.
  • Postage and delivery by Royal Mail second class mail.
  • Handling of any undelivered items.

What's not included

  • Extra pages are just 8p each, up to a maximum of 8 sheets per envelope.
  • Mail merging with your own data is 10p per item mailed.
  • Ask us about the costs for postcards and inserts.
  • VAT

As easy as this

Just send us (to MarketingServices@MarketingFile.com):

  • Your marketing letter as a Microsoft Word document.
  • Any additional pages as a Word document or a PDF file.
  • Any images as high resolution files.
  • The MarketingFile transaction number(s) of your data.
  • The date you want your campaign posted.

We will call you to confirm the details and pricing with you - there's a minimum order of 100 items, or £49.

How do you pay?

If you're an account holder at MarketingFile, you can charge the costs to your account, otherwise we will contact you for credit card details.
