As consumers are able to opt out from the Full Electoral Roll, the top list owners are finding ever more ingenious ways of filling in the gaps so that your campaign has the widest coverage possible.
Of course, you should make sure your prospect lists don't contain addresses on the Mailing Preference Service files, as mailing to them is a waste of time and money and does your reputation no good. It's a voluntary code here in the UK, but we take them out of our lists as a matter of course.
