Campaign Executive

£14,000 and £17,000 p.a. depending on experience

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work to help the Touchpoint sales team deliver campaigns through our Touchpoint direct marketing platform.

You will be required to liaise with customers and suppliers, developing relationships and providing first class customer service. You will have good time management, be highly organised with a good telephone manner and be numerate and computer literate.

Responsibilities

Working directly with Touchpoint BDM and Account Executives to deliver campaigns by.

Account Executive

£15,000 - £18,000 p.a. along with a sales bonus scheme after a qualifying period

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work to help us maximise the sales made through the MarketingFile.com website.

This will include making outbound calls to our registered users, developing customer accounts and providing first class customer services.

You will have good sales skills, a good telephone manner, and be numerate and computer literate.

Creative Designer

£26,000 - £32,000 p.a. depending on experience
Responsibilities
  • Act as MarketingFile’s brand guardian and point of contact for art direction across web, email and print mediums for client campaigns
  • Develop strong creative concepts from challenging briefs into engaging designs with little client direction. In addition to adapting your style to client brand guidelines
  • Convert InDesign documents into PageFlex Studio to produce print ready templates for direct mail campaigns (letters, postcards, leaflets etc)
  • Deliver visual design and front-end build in HTML and CSS of landing pages and dynamic websites ensuring cross-browser compatibility
  • Design and build HTML emails to industry best practice standards and test creative across email clients to ensure accurate rendering
  • Design and optimise IAB online advertising banners to drive traffic to landing pages
  • Maintain the MarketingFile website and other company online products
  • Provide creative leadership and expertise to the Marketing Manager
  • Mentor junior staff and offer guidance and expertise
  • Work closely with the Technical Director to ensure designs are seamlessly integrated with back-end development
Skills and Experience
  • Exceptional creative leadership skills and effectively manage multiple projects under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Strong typography, colour theory and layout/composition skills with a great eye for attention to detail
  • A solid understanding of digital design, print production techniques and working with client brand guidelines
  • Excellent proficiency in the core Adobe CS suite software; Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Professional and specifically advanced skills in InDesign
  • Experience and knowledge of PageFlex Studio is greatly beneficial
  • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Proven HTML and CSS skills for email, landing pages and dynamic websites
  • A good understanding of HTML templating systems such as Bootstrap
  • Extensive knowledge of html techniques for email to handle email client rendering and spam filter issues

Data Specialist

£26,000 - £32,000 p.a. depending on experience

Reporting to the Data Manager, you will take responsibility for the conversion, upload, testing and maintenance of multi-million record databases which cover a wide variety of business and consumer data.

PA Office Manager

Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the office ensuring that the office and associated facilities run smoothly and efficiently. You will work to ensure that the directors are supported to a high level. You'll be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to demonstrate initiative. Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you'll be able to manage a complex and demanding workload, working to strict deadlines.

You will provide office and administrative support, this will include meeting room set up, answering the telephone, greeting visitors, and dealing with day to day issues concerning the office premises.

Covering Maternity Leave (maximum 6 months) to start one week prior to leave (Monday 14th November) for handover.
