"Total Spend" is defined as the aggregate net value of products and services normally available through the MarketingFile.com website and after subtracting any discounts and commissions and before the addition of VAT of all purchases and refunds made by you from MarketingFile Ltd within 30 days of initial registration. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, MarketingFile standard Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply to all purchases.
Your Kindle or iPad 2 will be shipped to the address you provided on registration with us, or (if different) the invoice address provided and will be invoiced to you as a 'free of charge' item. Your Kindle or iPad 2 will be shipped by courier as soon as possible after you reach the Total Spend and will require a signature. MarketingFile cannot be held responsible for any delay howsoever caused, such as product non-availability or delivery problems.
iPad 2 offered is your choice of white or black standard UK-specification 16GB iPad 2 with Wi-Fi. Kindle offered is basic Kindle e-reader. Please talk to us if you wish to upgrade model or memory or to 3G, or add accessories or AppleCare by making a contribution towards the cost, which will be invoiced to you separately and must be paid for in advance.
If your purchases are made against a credit account and amounts are subsequently unpaid, MarketingFile reserves the right to add the full retail cost of the Kindle or iPad 2 to any claim it may have against you. If your purchases are made against a credit or debit card and amounts are subsequently unpaid or reversed by the card holder or issuing bank, MarketingFile reserves the right to add the full retail cost of the Kindle or iPad 2 to any claim it may have against you.
If your company rules do not allow you to accept offers of this nature, please talk to us to arrange an acceptable alternative.
